Happy ending!

This story has a happy ending! I ordered boots and ended up getting 2 different boots that look similar and same brand, but different items. When I got in touch with MyRunway, I was assisted by Courtney who handled the situation like a pro! I was very disappointed especially after being informed that the correct boot is damaged. Courtney sorted everything out in record time, keeping me informed all the way, remaining patient, professional and kind. She is a star! I'm very grateful!!!
