Great service, Satisfied Customer and Great Online Store

I placed on order with MyRunway on March 2nd for a pair of Puma Black & Gum Caven 2.0 Abrupt Sneakers, it was on sale and really saved. On that same day I received an email that the payment was received and the order was confirmed. On top of the email the order of the shoes was expected to arrive on March 5th also received an SMS, still on the same day the order arrived but then next day I had to send it back cause of size so the assigned person came and collected, two things I didn't like they didn't let me know that the order has reached the warehouse I had to be the one that followed up with them but shout out to Carla from MyRunway for the assistance and getting back to me and other is their refund or exchange they had to take a collection fee from the refund that was suppose to go back to me and I wasn't able to exchange. Sometime last week they issued back my refund. Besides that they are decent online store, have a warehouse not all online stores have that.
