Great service overall

I didn’t wait long for my initial order to arrive, but decided to return it for a bigger size. I scheduled a collection, and the courier picked it up on the exact date I chose.

There was a slight delay in the return showing on the system, but I called customer service and spoke to Roxanne, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. She explained that the return needs to reach JHB before it reflects in the system as "returned."

Once the refund reflected (within a week), I ordered the size up and received it two or three days later without any issues. Smooth process in the end – very happy with the service!

I would’ve rated 5 stars, but I think there could be a bit more communication during the return collection process and after placing an order, especially around delivery timing.
