Great customer experience

Generally have not had any issues with MyRunway since I started purchasing from them, but this time I received a pair of boots with a defect. The consultant who I spoke to, Roxanne P, provided me with multiple solutions and was really efficient as well as effective. I really appreciated the fact that I could call in and ask to speak to her directly, instead of having to re-explain my issue to different consultants on every call. We definitely need more consultants of her calibre in this industry
