I would like to share my experience with "myrunawaysa" . I am regular customer and last week my order came with a missing item. Upon realising this, I immediately emailed them and Kira, one of the ladies there assisted me. She was super helpful and apologised for the mistake.

She further resolved my query and organised a replacement order which arrived within 3 days.
