I am super happy with the service received from my runway. I am regular customer.

However, I would like to highlight my current experience where I received the incorrect color shoe. From the time of escalating my query till the end of the query, I have received an excellent service from Kim, she has been patient and went as far as ensuring that my replacement item is correct.
