Good customer service, poor delivery and product size information

The clothes are great quality, the service was great from Carla, she gave me credit for a delivery inconvenience. However, the size guide information is way off or not accurate enough. It exulted in me ordering the wrong sizes. I don’t have the strength to make a return at my own cost and inconvenience.
