False advertising and bad customer service

Myrunway has the worse customer service ever, false advertising and letting me pay for stock they don't have. I was supposed to get delivery in 7days as they said but am going to my 3rd week without my parcel. Then when I contact them they tell me there is an item that's not in stock! Why let me pay for an item when you don't have stock? Then I told them to credit me, they said delivery will be made in 3 days but still no delivery made it's the 4th day. The consultant doesn't even understand what she's saying, just lies after lies. Pure nonsense.. People much watch out for the myrunway online....
