Failure of a Co.

Received a phone call from Myrunaway the 8th September for collection of sneakers which were different sizes. I initally asked the sneakers be collected the 26 August 2025. However, one keeps getting the 'I apologise' **** story. Fully aware the sneakers will never be collected & l will never receive my refund. Total miserable excuse of a company in our day & age.
