Extremely poor return service

I logged a return request with MyRunway on 7 September 2026. Since 8 September, I have been receiving daily notifications from CourierIT stating that my return would be collected, but no one has actually arrived to collect the parcel.

I have contacted MyRunway several times via email and have also called to follow up. Each time, I am told that the matter has been escalated and that the collection will happen that same day. However, the collection still does not happen, and I continue receiving the same notifications every day.

At this point, it has been extremely frustrating having to repeatedly follow up on something that should be a straightforward return process.
