Excellent Service From Carla

I had a return booked with MyRunway. There was a mix up with the parcel where our company receptionist gave the incorrect package to the courier company which resulted in the Myrunway package been sent to another company and an incorrect package been sent to MyRunway.

Carla at MyRunway assisted me by ensuring that the incorrect package was returned to me and kept me updated throughout the process, from locating the package, to finalising the shipment.
