DPD Laser is very disappointing

I know it's not your fault but I need to let you know that my package was supposed to be delivered by dpd laser on 5 March 2026 and on 6 March I got a sms that my package could not be delivered so I'm very disappointed as I can see the package is in Moorreesburg but haven't moved since 11.05 of 5 March.
