Don't buy shoes from Myrunway.
I purchased shoes for my son about three months ago from Myrunway-two pairs of well known branded shoes. Yesterday the soles of the one pair are flapping and he will will have to have them glued. Disappointing as he has only worn them about ten times. I was also a bit fed up that my order sat in the warehouse for about 4 days until I phoned to complain. She then sent them to the courier. Generally, it suggest ***** goods. Pity but I won't use then again.

25 Jul 2024, 09:32Much to my surprise I received a call from Kim at Myrunway yesterday. She was very nice and asked me to send her a picture of the shoe. She said they would take it up with the manufacturer and if it was a manufacturing fault they would replace the shoes. I was impressed that she went to that trouble. One doesn't expect that kind of service in SA these days. Anyway I sent the picture and we will see what happens. In the meantime, I will order today again-cosmetics-they have been fine from there so far and it will show that i trust them.
