Dissapointed

Monday the 4th Of August 2025, I wrote a review sharing my bad experience with My Runway. Today I am here again to add on that. Only today I recieve the order that I made on the 25th of July 2025 and it is written on their site their deliveries are between 3-5 working day from the day the order was place, I recied mine on the 10th day. After having to call them and follow up everyday after the 5th day, my order is still not complete and no one said anything about that to me. The lady I spoke to when I called the first time mentioned that there was an item that was delaying from my orde that they were waiting for, I guess it was the perfume that is outsdanding from my order and they do not say anythong. I have been calling and they are not answering the phone, I am not sure if they are closed already or what. I have a very bad and very frustrating experice with My Runway and their stuff do no care.

I do not wish this to happen to any one it is painful to pay money for something and do not recieve it. I bought that for my husbands birthday wich was on Monday the 4th and it never arrived and still is not in the parcel that I just recived. Dissapointed.
