Dismal Returns Process

Ordered an item and have been trying to return it for the past 2 weeks. I get through to customer service, they say they'll schedule with the courier service for next business day. The day comes, courier service sends a text that driver will come and he never does. FOR 2 WEEKS! I do not know if they are in cahoots with DPL Laser couriers but they must have figured out that it's not worth their time or money to do a return on an item just over R100. THIEVING ********S!
