Disgusting service

Horrible service, they delivered the incorrect item, inconvenienced me, then the lady said they'll deliver the correct item I ordered this past Monday 19/12 and collect the incorrect item the same day, up to this hour nothing has been collected nor delivered and nobody is contacting me. I'm already leaving for my second holiday since I've called them and still don't have the item I require. I'm appalled 😡
