Disappointed with customer service
Great deals but poor customer service, made an order and was charged twice and it is a battle to reverse the charges for the extra amount charged. Also they need to be honest when you order a product that they were not aware it is out of stock instead coercing on shifting the blame to the consumer.

10 Dec 2024, 18:19A day after I wrote this review, myrunway.co.za contacted me and finally resolved the issue and I was refunded. And I got a delivery after in a few days.
I appreciate that they finally responded, hope to do business with them again soon… they have great deals.
