Deplorable service!

Still have not received my order and there was absolutely no communication regarding the cause of delay. I sent several emails of enquiry before getting a mediocre apology and a screenshot of incorrect contact details, how hard is it to copy and paste the information from my profile to whatever system they use? It only takes a second glance to realise that the details are incorrectly captured. Am yet to receive any feedback on when to expect my order even after 2 weeks.
