Delayed refund

I purchased an item about 3 weeks ago and the item didn't fit. I sent it back over 2 weeks ago and requested a refund when they asked me how I'd like to proceed with the return. The item was collected by them on the 3rd of December and I still haven't received my refund. I emailed them last week and they rep**** asking me how I want to be refunded... Why ask me the same question that I had already answered when I logged the return? I once again requested a refund and I'm still waiting for it. Absolutely pathetic service. I'll never shop with them again.
