Delayed delivery with no contact

Ordered on 1st dec and delivery was expected on the 8th. Sent an email on the 8th to follow up and still no response from anyone about whats happening with my order. Even my last order this is what happened and I thought they won't repeat the same mistake but was just lying to myself
