Damage goods and refund wasn't paid in full

I purchased 2 items with my runway when I received it open the bag to fit on the dresses 1of them were to small the other 1 was a sequence dress I open that bag and the dress were damage because the sequence came of on part of the dress I phone then so they said I must return it amd the will refund me I paid qith payflex wich is a 3 months payment the 1st one I paid R148 and I spoke to one of the agents Channele I emailed her as well so I got a message in the 11th said they returned my funds wich was R10.the goods were damage I don't understand why they only refund me a R10 I send Chanelle an email so she told me I must log another email for this request I don't think it's fare because I did not damage the dress it came like that if they did quality control then I would've get a dress that was damage I said I want all my refund in full but only got a R10 it's just a concern because they making money put of me I don't have anything but I lost a R130 I don't know how and what work it's unexceptable thank u u
