Cannot get the order right and yet have to pay for all indivifual returns!

I have purchased two denims from them. 1) Bershka Blue Baggy Denim Pants Size: 34 (copied from my order) This arrived within the time they had promised and the size and colour were perfect. When I took them out of the bag they had slit knees. Now neither the picture nor the above description mentioned slit knees. At well over the 60's that would not be appropriate! On top of that I had to pay the courier fee for sending back!

2) The second separate order JACK & JONES Blue Light Wash Denim Jeans Size: 33W32L (copied from my order) The size I received was 38 ... No comment!
