My package got misrouted or lost somewhere between packing the order and the courier collecting it to be delivered. I got really worried as did not receive any updates and followed up, Kira assisted me from beginning to end, where I got frustrated she explained that the courier's feedback is taking a while. She gave me my options in terms of a refund or replacement order. I expressed to her that I really didn't want to lose the dress and so she went ahead a did a replacement order- from there is was only 1 day and I got my dress delivered, and it fits perfectly!
