Bad Service

I ordered crocs slides with size M11/W12, when arrived it was M12. I have submitted a return request but I cant be paying delivery fees for shoes with wrong size.

I have been in contact with Channel and he or she started telling me what was delivered is what I ordered. I showed my currently used shoes that I'm having m11 but that didn't make sense and we started talking about UK and US sizes. That m12 shoes is not my size, if it can't be replaced with m11 size can I please have my 100% refund without being charged for the wrong size please.
