Bad service

Poor customer service for the return logged on Saturday due to damaged goods and never picked up by the courier, since Monday received messages from them that they are coming to pick up the item but till today never arrived. I've sent a message to my runaway about the issue and they never responded, tried calling them but no answer. My first and last time buying from you, what a bad service you have towards customers.
