Bad service by Runaway sales

I have purchased items on the 10December and i have not received my parcle. the lady answered me on the 18December give me that don't care not my business attitude. up to date I haven't received my parcel. I need help to get my money back or my parcel. When I called no one answered for days. This service was very poor Runaway should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered from Superb and the next day my parcels was delivered.
