Bad service

I have since returned a parcel of Puma sneakers on the 10th of December and have not heard anything regarding my refund and the worst part is that on the App it shows that it is "awaiting collection " and DPD has confirmed that it is at My runways warehouse and has been signed for. Yhoo the worst service by far. Had I realized that the return journey is this bad I would not have placed the order to begin with.
