Bad service!!!!

I regret buying from these people, i have been waiting for my order since black Friday. no communication, ETA has been saying 4th Dec since the day i placed the order, today is the 7th ETA is still the same... worst part of all is that they ignore the emails and they are phones lines are not even going thru... Not again!!!!
