Bad Customer Service
Im their regular customer but ive never been happy with them they dont care about us clients whenever u return an item they take weeks to collect tj they even sent an sms confirming the collection bt dont bother to mske a follwup if the collecting guy has come i would never recommend my Runway to anyone since i have experienced this not once but several timee

She is very kind and supportive she even make a follow every morning to check on us clients about our complains thank u Kim ur a Supe Star and thanks for your support ..i withdraw my nasty statement and i will kerp on buying from my Runway
