Bad courier service

I have a serious problem with your courier for order no *** as the parcel was not delivered to my brother but to someone named V Mothupi who the driver is now forcing my brother to say he asked that person to collect his parcel even though my brother doesnt know that person ( the courier driver claims the person is our neighbour and my brother doesnt know them. Please let the driver go to V Mothupi and collect the parcel since he dropped it there himself, he has my brothers numbers why didnt he call to say he ahs arrived or better still hoot at the gate? I have also written a review to DPD Laser so please arrange between yourselves and the couirier as soon as he gets the parcel he must return it and i will delete your app, there is no way a credible business can associate with a provider with so much dishonesty. I will not buy from you or any business that deals with DPD Laser. I want my money back and thats it.
