Awful service. Should change couriers.

Terrible service. Slow to deliver and even slower to collect returns. I had a poor experience the first time round, had to chase up my order several times and eventually just cancelled it because I discovered it had been delivered to the wrong address. Decided to give them a second chance a few months later but was just as disappointed. Currently waiting in for the third consecutive day to return an item. Absolute joke.
