MyRunway is the absolute worst and shows no empathy whatsoever for their customers.

Apart from the delivery times being absolutely **********, their refund system, for when an item is out of stock 4 WEEKS AFTER placing your order, is extremely frustrating.

Firstly, the approach to this is entirely wrong. Instead of immediately refunding, ASK YOUR CUSTOMERS what they would prefer. That is that biggest flaw here!
