Amazing customer service from My Runway

Hi. Milani from MyRunway has been so kind with regards to the cancellation of my order. I placed an order and it was meant to arrive before Mother's day but it didn't. So I called to cancel the order this morning, Milani dealt with my issue promptly and was compassionate. She apologised for the delay in delivery and I felt her sincerity. Thanks Milani
