Amazing customer service from Lisa

It's been a struggle getting my parcels from DPD Laser, had no luck with them to get my parcels in time. Phoned Myrunway and the amazing lady Lisa assisted me after waited almost 2 weeks for my parcel to be delivered. With her help I received my parcel yesterday after reaching out to Myrunway on Monday. She constantly communicated with me which I appreciated.
