A day made by myrunway

My name is Nozuko James, I sent an email enquiring about the whereabouts of a parcel I thought was missing to myrunway help desk. Within 4 hours I had the parcel with me. They even offered to send the courier guy back to come and explain what transpired. Their response was swift and very detailed. Myrunway is just the best 😊
