5 stars don't do justice

It was my first time making a purchase on Myrunway and there's really no other way to shop from now on. Delivery was done within 2 days of my purchase and the quality of my shoes is amazing. For the one that didn't fit I booked a return. To say Lisa from support was amazing would be an understatement because she was beyond exceptional 👏🏽 Not only did she help with rescheduling my return when I was unavailable, she also followed through until my refund was processed. Her emails felt warm and I felt valued as a client. Her service definitely made me wish to have more interactions with Myrunway 😊
