I've bought tops, dresses, jeans, jewellery, & undergarments from MyRunway. My mom has also ordered a few items from there too so this review will also cover her experience.

Products & Delivery: Affordable prices. Has a wide variety of brands & products. Just note, since they have different brands, those brands might run small or big so I recommend on doing some research on that particular brand or product if it runs true to size or the product's quality.

Most of my deliveries were delivered within 1 working week.

Customer support & returns: I ordered shoes & I received an email from them saying that they inspected the product & saw that it was damaged so they gave me a refund. I appreciate that they ensure that the product you receive is in a good condition.

I had a few items returned due to them not fitting & I had them returned to the warehouse in Woodstock which was convenient. The agents that my mom & I were in contact with were very friendly & quick to respond.

Overall I 100% recommend. They are my go-to shop when I want to buy clothes.
