Poor service

After having a meeting regarding a tractor hire on the 15th of March 2018 with the plant hire company in based in Midrand, I was pressurized to make an urgent deposit of R20k since there were too many people looking for the same machine, which I paid as requested. The tractor was supposed to be on site first thing in the morning of the 19th of March. Even today I'm still hearing stories about why I'm not having the tractor. After R20k is paid.
