Unsatisfactory after service

Looking at buying the new JAC T8? Excellent buy, great value for money. Bought mine in April 2022 from MyRide in Herm****. Excellent service up to the day the JAC was delivered. I only received my vehicle booklet and service book last week after multiple emails and phone calls. Had to go pick it up myself in Herm****. Only bought the vehicle as the dealership promised i could have it serviced in Bredasdorp. When wanting to book my first service i contacted JAC Motors and this was their answer: "We at JAC SA does not have any agreement with a workshop by the name of Metsy in Bredasdorp as per communication with my warranty and after sales managers" Still haven't received my vehicle spare key. Response from the dealership? None. Save yourself loads of headaches and use another dealership please.
