MyRide Renault management condones Agents to **** clients

I was ****med by the Sales Agent, was sold a Renault on the basis that they will settle my car or return it to the previous dealer however this was not done now I am left with 2 car repayments amounting to R10000, i find myself having to file for repossession of the Renault I got a month ago on this new car that was sold to me with the promise. I called Renault and they advised they unable to assist if a sales agent ****med me. I will never be able to buy a home as I will be blacklisted after returning the car. No one has contacted me since from Myride and no one is available to assist me.
