<p>Their web site might look impressive with assurance of "100% satisfaction guaranteed" "striving to please our clients" etc. The owner, Jacque, also comes across very well - friendly and down to earth. However, we were very dissapointed with the final installation. We had a number of issues, but despite numerous requests, Jacque has still not come through to fix the problems that are outstanding. He did come past the house once unannounced, but there was nobody home. Both my husband and I have called and messaged him numerous times asking him to come through, but nearly two months down the line and we still have not had him back here to address the issues with the installation. We are now, at additional cost, having to get someone else in to sort out the irrigation.</p>
