Faulty sprinkler system

I requested the above named company otherwise known as Greenbug Irrigation to install a sprinkler system for me in March 2015. The system was installed but it does not cover the entire garden. I've requested Jacques to come and have a look at the system as it doesn't water properly with no luck. I've asked him since April 2015 and he keeps promising to come but to this day he hasn't. On the last email conversation we had he insisted that he couldn't have left the area without making sure the system is working fine, despite me assuring him that it really isn't working properly. He has now stopped responding to my emails.
