Permanent Eyeliner - No value for money

I got my permanent eyeliner done at Myra's on 23/12/2014 and paid a lot of money for it. Very painful but was expected, a week later after most of the swelling was gone i noticed that the top eyeliner was no existent and the bottom was skew and half done. I contacted Myra's and asked to speak to the owner, I was told that the consultant that did my eyeliner will phone me back, which she did 4 days later. I was not happy with her feedback and insisted to speak to the owner, after waiting a week for feedback I phoned again and again was told that \Lizelle"the owner will phone me back. Another week went by and still no word from Lizelle and then my husband started phoning the salon demanding to speak to the owner. He asked that Lizelle contact him directly"
