Non-delivery

<p>I was very excited when I saw Myprotein made a .co.za available. I ordered my first batch of goods on the 27th of October 2016 with an estimated delivery time of between 4 - 7 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>From the 9th of November the package tracking seemed to stand still. I informed Myprotein of this and they asked me to allow for 30 days from order to receive the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Come the 27th. Still nothing. They ask for a week to enquire from their courier services(TrakPak). Still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>After finally getting them to agree to a return and refund, they now want me to wait until the same courier services get the undelivered goods back to them before actioning the refund. </p>
