No delivery, no refund

<p>Placed a large order in November, with an estimated delivery time of "5-7 days". No sign of it 6 weeks later, with no attempt to locate it on their part and nothing but excuses from them. Ended up having to do their work for them to find where the package was stuck.</p> <p><br />After patiently waiting and still no delivery, I asked for a refund, which I was informed would take... 5-7 days! Surprise surprise: 3 weeks later (and two months after initial order) - still no refund, no communication, just feeble excuses and stalling tactics.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a joke of a company. Rather spend the money, and get locally.</p>
