Not happy at all

Sorry to say but abit angered and disappointed. The initial was very good and fast delivery was scheduled to drop it off after 3 days then the courier calls and i became aware that the adress was put in wrong, and the courier said the sender needs to fix the adress , so i sent the person assisting us a message and he said he wil change it 3 days later ask him what is going on and he has stil not changed the adress this is now me complaining here because i need someone to assist me as i could not find any other option !!!! Please help.
