Mynet not keeping promises.

I was promised a 200 mb line, made use of their "special". Ended up paying R 258-00 more and am still stuck on a 100 mb line even after several emails. After 2 or 3 emails the responses just stop and I get no reply whatsoever. STEER CLEAR.
