Failure to make refunds, doesn't write in your child's book the logg of the day(bottles taken during the day, nao times, amount of nappies changed,used my panado.(

Very bad experience I had to quit my job due to unforseen circumstances, and i had already paid january last December, my husband received a new job unexpectedly and we were forced to move. As i was no longer working i already did mention that my baby wont attend the school so often anymore and asked If i could receive a refund she saod she'll speak to me the next day. As i arrived she told me she couldn't pay me due to insignificant funds.. The afternoon when i went to fetch my child again they changed their story telling me that they woukd deduct the money each time my child visited the school. The again when i asked again she said that in the contract states that i must give a month's notice. She wil not give my money back. I already did request a contract twice as i haven't signed one yet. November they gave my husband one but by the time i received it it was dirty en torn so i threw it away not reading it.

Then also. My child has been there 3 days and the first day they neatly wrote all the info of all the diapers used bottles drank naps taken and everything in the last two days they dinant even bother...

The rumor that i heard that they give the children pain medication to sleep .. Well the last time that my daugther was there when i got home her panado where open and it was leaking in her diaper bag.

I am very very disappointed and very angery

Also my sister in law's child suddenly started to bite her older sister and thwy dont bite at all in their house they are s******* parents. . . and she is one year old. . now where does she learn it if she's in the daycare during the day.
