Courier refund - Misleading Info

I ordered a V8 Lexus Engine with gearbox via Ismail at EFI Evolutions.I was quoted R12300 to supply me with the motor. The motor was ordered from MyM Auto Alroad Johannesburg.Atfer waiting for 7 weeks the engine arrived. I had to pay in advance for the motor. When the motor arrived, it was dirty, no dipstick and the engine cover broken off. I fetched the engine and took it to the Mechanic at Dean's Mechanical Services. He phoned me the following day and told me that the crankshaft only turn a quarter and get stuck and that the engine is faulty. When reporting this to EFI Evolutions, I was told to speak to Zak at MYM Auto. <br> <br> I forwarded all the documentation to MRM Auto and was promised by MRM that they will refund me R12300 as per the quotation. I was refunded R9500 and informed that the rest was for Courier costs. I also had to pay another courier the amount of R2465.32, in order to get the faulty motor back to MRM Auto. So, in short, my Courier costs to get the engine to PE and to return it costed me their R2800 plus R2465.32 to return it. Total courier costs is R 5265.32. It was not my fault that I was supp**** with a faulty motor. So be aware of this company.
