MyLife Funeral Cover Payout still not received after 5 months

I took funeral covers from MyLife. When I had to claim from them, I submitted the claim. They said the claim would be processed in 10 working days due to backlog because of Covid19. After 10 days, there was no payment and I contacted them. No one answered the phone. I tried to get a hold of them several times but no success. 5 months later there’s still no communication from them. I’m still waiting for my payout till today.
